Build a prioritized database of top 300 international operators, including capital expenditure announcements, licensing rounds, and new field developments.
Execute structured outreach campaigns, including personalized emails, LinkedIn engagement, phone follow-ups, technical consultations, webinars, and case study presentations.
Develop account penetration plans and international expansion strategies, targeting 50 priority accounts initially.
Schedule and conduct discovery calls, technical presentations, and proposal submissions to create an active international sales pipeline.
Utilize CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or spreadsheets) to track opportunities, decision-makers, project timelines, estimated deal values, and follow-ups.
Monitor outreach and pipeline metrics weekly and adjust strategies monthly and quarterly based on market feedback.
Attend international industry events (virtual or in-person) to generate leads and strengthen relationships.
Requirements
3 – 4 years of experience in the similar role
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Petroleum, or a related field.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
Strong understanding of the oil & gas industry, drilling operations, and project decision-making processes.
Excellent B2B sales, relationship-building, and negotiation skills at the executive level.
Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales intelligence tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Enverus, Rystad Energy, Rigzone, OPEC publications).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create personalized, technically informed outreach.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills for market assessment and account mapping.
