Provide a high-quality adviser experience managing live scheme enquiries, planning and executing on all key adviser meetings and supporting regular communications

Requirements
Proven experience of Distribution or Sales Support within Workplace Pensions with excellent knowledge of both trust and contract products
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders to gain appropriate support to meet adviser and client demands, plan and organise meetings and resolve issues
Manage conflicting and varying demands, often under pressure, working with little or no supervision
Maintaining a high level of knowledge of the Workplace strategy, plans and propositions and keeping abreast of relevant legislative and regulatory changes
Strategic, innovative and commercial thinking to drive continuous improvements that will deliver results for our advisers and clients
