Participate in the implementation, configuration and evolution of Oracle MFCS, ensuring alignment with retail business processes
Map, analyze and document functional requirements related to merchandising, pricing, inventory, purchasing and supply chain
Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional specifications
Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
Configure MFCS modules, including items, vendors, hierarchies, inventory, pricing and promotions
Support integrations with other systems in the Oracle Retail ecosystem and legacy systems
Perform functional testing activities, SIT, UAT and solution validation
Ensure master data quality and governance of records in MFCS
Support hypercare, AMS and resolution of functional incidents
Support continuous improvement initiatives and the evolution of merchandising processes
Prepare functional documentation, process flows and end-user training materials
Act as a consultative partner to business areas, proposing process improvements and optimizations

Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle Retail MFCS
Strong knowledge of retail processes: merchandising, procurement, inventory, pricing and supply chain
Experience in implementation or support of Oracle Retail Cloud
Hands-on experience configuring MFCS functional modules
Knowledge of business process modeling and functional documentation
Experience in functional testing, UAT and acceptance testing
Knowledge of integrations between retail systems (ERP, OMS, WMS, POS, e-commerce)
Technical English for reading documentation and interacting with global teams
