Responsible for a sales territory covering up to 200 km around your place of residence
Acquire new business customers and win back former customers for our digital SaaS and marketing solutions
Identify new customers in grocery retail (LEH) and SMEs, uncover potential and engage them via telephone prospecting
Plan, conduct and follow up on on-site appointments, develop opportunities and close deals under leasing or subscription models
Prepare and negotiate proposals and ensure a smooth handover of new customers for a seamless start
Drive activities and results based on defined KPIs
Keep CRM up to date daily, document visit reports and ensure full transparency for management and reporting
Work closely with Marketing, Inside Sales and Operations, follow up on leads and execute market campaigns
Feed market feedback on objections, competition and use cases back into the organization to continuously improve sales materials and pitches
Requirements
Several years of B2B sales experience with proven success in (telephone) new customer acquisition and independent closing, ideally in software, SaaS or digital services
Field sales experience with confident needs assessment, skilled objection handling and persuasive closing
Comfortable working with KPIs such as visit frequency or qualification rate; numbers-driven in day-to-day sales
Work style characterized by structured route planning, reliable communication and meticulous CRM maintenance
Strong closing orientation and pace in the sales process with clear prioritization, effective opportunity management and measurable field sales output
Experience in the grocery retail (LEH) sector, particularly with branch networks, store managers or regional decision-makers, as well as sales experience in the SME segment
Knowledge of leasing and subscription models and confident handling of price and contract negotiations
Routine in KPI-driven sales with an understanding of activity-to-revenue mechanics, e.g., conversion rates relative to on-site visits
