Support general Salesforce administration activities, configuration changes, and support new development initiatives
Develop systems to continuously validate that rules, flows, and sales processes are working properly
Create and maintain users, roles, profiles, security settings, custom objects, permissions, and sharing rules
Enhance Salesforce data quality through automation and rules, and the meticulous management of raw data
Proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, health checks, and optimizer
Manage the Salesforce sandbox environment and maintain clear change management (testing and documented approvals within JIRA) before deploying changes to production
Provide ongoing end-user and key stakeholder training and documentation, including ad-hoc Salesforce support across the organization
Support Salesforce-related needs of integrated applications, including but not limited to Sigma, Crossbeam, HubSpot, Gong, and ZoomInfo
Cleanse and modify data that’s inaccurate, duplicate, incomplete, or incorrect to ensure accuracy and consistency
Verify that data is updated, useful, accurate, and reliable to maintain a high, consistent standard of data quality
Develop and implement operational data management processes for recurring and ad hoc data-related tasks
Monitor the quality of data by tracking key performance indicators to prevent or proactively resolve data issues (i.e., know our data)
Requirements
0–3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience OR strong Trailhead portfolio demonstrating practical knowledge.
Completion of relevant Trailhead modules and/or Superbadges (Flows, Admin Beginner/Intermediate, Data Management, etc.)
Practical understanding of:
Flows (Screen, Record Triggered, Scheduled)
Validation Rules
Lightning Record Pages and Page Layouts
Comfortable working in orgs with existing automation and business rules
Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin I) or currently working toward it is a plus
Strong attention to detail and willingness to carefully test changes before deployment
Ability to follow established processes, patterns, and guidelines
Clear written and verbal communication skills in a remote environment
Curious mindset and willingness to learn from feedback and iteration
Strong written and spoken English
