About this role
Role Overview
Approach potential sales partners such as lottery shops, kiosks, or gas stations directly and win them as our new partners
Train and activate our customer base so they can successfully get started with our products
Build long-term, trusting relationships and independently manage your partner network
Keep your sales territory active through targeted campaigns and continuous support
Document your activities in the CRM system (Salesforce) and keep track of your results
Requirements
Proven success in B2B field sales and account development with customers in retail or convenience store sectors
Cold-calling experience is a plus
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Competitive, results-oriented mindset: you are willing to learn quickly, drive initiatives, and go the extra mile for yourself and your team
Proactive, service-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction and added value
Flexibility, willingness to travel, and a valid driver’s license (Class B)
Excellent written and verbal German; English and any additional languages are an advantage
