You will support our core team across a variety of tasks: contributing to marketing and communication activities
Research, analyze, and synthesize relevant information
Create written documents, presentations, and internal materials
Draft press releases and supporting communication materials
Reach out to and maintain business contacts
Prepare and follow up on meetings, including documentation and follow-ups
Assist with project management and internal coordination processes
Support the management team with daily administrative and operational tasks
Optional: support in UX/design tasks, e.g. wireframing or simple layout work in Figma
Accounting & billing: prepare invoices, support approval workflows, ensure structured filing, review budgets and assist with forecasts
Documentation & processes: record key information, keep tools and overviews up to date, and support smooth internal operations

Currently enrolled in a degree program in marketing, communications, media studies, or a comparable field
Alternatively: vocational training in marketing communications, communication design, or a related profession
Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented work style
Strong communication skills and high social competence
Team-oriented, empathetic, and open in dealing with people
Initiative, curiosity, and enjoyment of working in an agile environment
Initial hands-on experience with design software, especially Figma
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
