Requirements
Completed bachelor's degree or a commercial/technical vocational qualification
Professional sales experience in technical product areas
Proven experience in a sales position
Willingness to travel within North/East Germany
Very good command of German and English
Confident user of ERP and CRM systems (Power BI and Salesforce desirable)
Experience or knowledge in adhesive bonding for various markets and/or related product solutions is a plus
Self-motivation, team spirit, perseverance and result orientation, as well as strong communication skills
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and analytical abilities
