Ensure the right match between available resources and expected needs;
Oversee recruitment processes and manage internal mobility;
Ensure a positive employee relations climate;
Coordinate training needs and training activities for the employees under your responsibility;
Identify and support talent (People Review, individual development plans...);
Monitor reporting (disciplinary, assignments, mobility, fixed-term contracts...), track HR performance indicators for your scope and oversee the workforce budget for the area you are responsible for;
Ensure regular updates to the HR information system (Workday);
Ensure proper application of HR policies and compliance with internal procedures within the Directorate
Requirements
You hold a higher education degree in Human Resources or Labor Law.
You value human capital and want to demonstrate the added value of a business-oriented HR function.
Highly hands-on, you are organized and rigorous, with excellent interpersonal skills at all hierarchical levels.
Results-oriented, you have strong listening skills and initiative. You enjoy working in a team and are proactive in making suggestions.
Due to our international presence, fluency in English is required.
