About this role
Role Overview
You analyze e-commerce stores using GA4, heatmaps and session recordings and identify conversion levers.
You conduct structured competitor analyses focusing on UX, positioning, funnel logic and psychological triggers — deriving clear implications for our strategies.
You support the preparation of new client projects, analyze existing data sources, prepare reports and structure initial hypotheses for the roadmap.
You assist with quantitative and qualitative research processes (analytics, surveys, user flows) and develop well-founded optimization hypotheses.
You create UX concepts for PDPs (product detail pages), CLPs (category landing pages), landing pages and checkouts and visualize them in Figma.
You contribute to designing, structuring and analyzing A/B tests — from hypothesis to impact analysis.
You will learn how nudging, choice architecture and behavioral design are applied concretely in online shops.
You assist in analyzing conversion rates, funnels, device splits and revenue impact.
You gain insight into strategy calls, roadmap planning and collaboration with 7–9 figure brands.
Requirements
You are an enrolled student in design, media, business, psychology, computer science or a related field — or you are interested in completing a voluntary internship.
You have a genuine interest in UX, e-commerce and conversion optimization.

You work in a structured and independent way and take ownership of your tasks.
You are eager to dive deep into data, user behavior and testing systems.
