About this role
Role Overview
Keep up-to-date with the latest CRM trends and decide which approaches are suitable for our brands
Develop creative communication concepts and tailor campaigns to target audiences
Take responsibility for planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns
Develop and implement creative campaigns and loyalty programs
Develop a CRM strategy with methods and tools applicable across all brands
Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations
Work closely with other departments
Requirements
At least 2–3 years of professional experience in CRM within a social-media environment, ideally in the food or FMCG sector or in high-growth startups
A university degree or equivalent qualification with a focus on marketing, communications, or a related field
Experience with Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, and Loyalty Marketing
Strong analytical skills to effectively interpret data and KPIs
Creativity is one of your strengths
Execution-oriented with a hands-on mentality
