Role Overview
- Act as a trusted advisor and central point of contact for HR compliance activities
- Support the business in meeting data protection, audit and governance obligations
- Manage complex compliance activities and drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate internal and external HR audits
- Act as the central point of contact for HR compliance matters
- Manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs)
- Support the business with HR data protection matters
- Deliver HR compliance communications and training activity
- Provide insightful measures and insights on compliance topics
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience managing competing priorities and project work
- Confidence handling sensitive and confidential information
- A track record of working to demanding deadlines
- A forward thinking, solution focused approach
- Ability to work well under pressure
