About this role
Role Overview
- Supervise operational, Human Resource, administrative, and business functions.
- Oversee patient reception, appointments, and scheduling.
- Provide customer service and manage patient complaints.
- Assist providers in managing schedules and credentialing.
- Supervise practice staff and provide employee evaluations.
Requirements
- Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive medical office experience.
- Three (3) years healthcare supervisory or management experience required.
- Experience in Financial Management, Quality Improvement, Project Management and Program Development.
