Ensuring the quality of crew (both Officers and Ratings) line-up for your assigned fleet of vessels
Manage vessels’ safe manning crew complement based on the approval and agreement with the Client
Propose and arrange a replacement seafarer in case of emergency relief
Ensure all re-joining seafarers have their latest appraisal updated into the Company database
Monitor that all required crew records are updated accurately and timely in the Company database
Review Seafarers’ Employment Agreements and POEA contracts and save them in the software

A Diploma from recognized institution
At least 2 to 3 years of experience and knowledge in crew management
Excellent knowledge of mandatory STCW certifications, Seafarer’s Employment, MLC 2006, CBA and Flag States’ requirements
Proficient with MS Office applications
Good verbal & written English communication skills
