Role Overview
Manage and track Management of Change (MOC) activities
Ensure timely execution and support teams by removing bottlenecks
Collaborate with technical and plant resources
Handle administrative tasks and generate insights for improvement
Follow up with involved parties on MOC statuses
Generate reports to identify bottlenecks and manage priorities
Archive and store documentation properly
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Administrative background required
Experience in industry is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in English
Skilled in Microsoft Excel
Experienced in working with database systems to enhance personal productivity and effectiveness
