Digital, Technical Project Manager

Role Overview

• Independent planning, management and coordination of web development projects
• Structured requirements management and development of action recommendations
• Responsibility for monitoring and controlling deployment processes
• Oversight and coordination of quality assurance processes
• Maintenance of a transparent and up-to-date project and documentation status
• Coordination and close collaboration with internal teams and client IT
• Clear communication of complex technical topics to stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in a technical or business discipline, IT vocational training, or comparable qualification
• Strong technical understanding, especially of content management systems — primarily TYPO3
• Demonstrable experience in technical requirements management and the development of technical concepts
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in digital/technical project management
• Proven expertise in managing and delivering technically complex web projects
• Understanding of development processes and tools, web technologies (PHP, Symfony, API architectures, DevOps)
• High affinity for and good knowledge of current internet technologies and AI-assisted tools
• Experience with agile project management methods (Scrum, Kanban) is an advantage
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
