Partner with Account Managers to identify, qualify and drive renewals and expansion opportunities
Build and maintain strong technical partnerships through product demonstrations, trials, and communications
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders
Influence Vanta’s strategy and product priorities to drive adoption and retention
Develop a deep understanding of product capabilities and competitive landscape
Cultivate teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement
Work cross-functionally to resolve customer business issues and achieve mutual goals
Develop processes that scale a best-in-class Solutions Engineering organization

2+ years of customer-facing, technical experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer or equivalent title
Outstanding communication abilities when presenting to individuals and decision-makers
Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, while operating independently
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure & Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux)
Strong project management skills in a startup environment
Creative, curious, technical, and naturally persuasive
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to listen to customers and discuss strategy while diving into details
Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations is a plus
Ideally has prior B2B SaaS experience
