Role Overview
- Perform ongoing reconciliations between SAP and external third-party supplier systems
- Analyze third-party provider reporting to identify customer deductions and resolution opportunities
- Prepare and post journal entries in SAP to align internal records with third-party systems
- Review, analyze, and report on key Accounts Receivable metrics
- Monitor pharmaceutical bank accounts, post incoming payments, perform daily bank reconciliations, and post bank adjustments
- Develop quarterly working capital and trade AR forecasts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial reporting
- Prior experience in Credit and/or Accounts Receivable strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with SAP preferred
