Translates business strategy into financial targets and tactical plans and supports execution in a controlled risk and reward-based manner.
Partners with the business teams to develop operating and financial plans required to achieve management's strategic plan.
Performs analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast and performs benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers.
Executes financial process improvements by maintaining financial tools to perform analysis and recommends automation and more efficient methods of creation and delivery.
Performs cost / benefit analysis and sensitivity analysis for various 'what if' scenarios and the overall impact to different business teams.
Leads in-depth analysis that informs performance management discussions, integrates operational outcomes and financial performance to drive improvement in performance.
Creates automated reports using business intelligence tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance, providing decision support through analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional certifications (CPA, CA, CMA, CFA) preferred.
8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, cost analysis, business finance, or management accounting.
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and cost accounting practices.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Workday), BI tools, and advanced spreadsheet modeling.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience, including presenting insights to senior leadership.
Experience working in multinational or regional APAC environments is a plus.
