Provide full range of administrative and technical support to Human Resources team.
Support driving process improvements to current HR processes and practices (e.g. recruitment, onboarding process).
Assist in the Design and Development of Training Programs.
Support Training Delivery.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness.
Maintain Learning Materials.
Requirements
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in a Human Resources program or business-related discipline.
A results and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Assertive, well-organized with the ability to adapt to change.
Attention to detail and accuracy a must.
Team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively across all functions and levels.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
Strong computer proficiency (Word, Excel).
Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market and/or worldwide.
