Role Overview
- Assist in drafting reports and extracting documents for the legal department
- Review and make documents available for labor litigation processes
- Receive and triage requests from employees and unions
- Act as company representative (preposto) and attend labor hearings alongside the company's attorneys
- Take notes and prepare meeting minutes
- Assist in organizing files and documents
- Participate in meetings and events related to labor and union matters
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Law
- Availability to intern for up to 2 years
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Availability to work 100% on-site at the Sorocaba/SP plant
