The Director, Workforce Planning, for IGT is a high energy, innovative, creative individual responsible for the planning, development and implementation of strategic and operational workforce plans and forecast in pursuit of IGT's growth strategy.
This individual will serve as a go-to resource for key stakeholders including but not limited to HR Business Partners/colleagues and business leaders.
They will be a key member of the Organizational Effectiveness Center of Expertise (COE).
Leads the development of workforce plans to address enterprise business needs and align staffing for optimal efficiency.
Develop and implement comprehensive and consistent strategies, tools, and processes related to workforce planning, workload forecasting, capacity & attrition management.
Interacts across key enterprise stakeholders to deliver an efficient and effective Forecast Process.
Reviews, updates, and improves workforce forecasting methods to provide reliable, consistent forecast and plan data.
Leads cross functional teams to develop hiring plans to meet the demands of the enterprise.
Provides guidance in identifying HR trends across the business groups through analytics and provides feedback to HR and Senior Leadership regarding emerging trends or patterns across all groups of the enterprise.
Owns analysis of labor costs.
Subject matter expert in advanced statistical, econometric and quantitative analytical techniques, advance modeling, capacity planning, seasonal/marketing impact drivers and business analytics.
Requirements
Master's degree in Finance, Business or HR related field
10+ years relevant Workforce Planning & Forecasting or HR Metrics experience
Ability to communicate and present analytical and statistical results of forecasts to all levels of management
Must be proactive, self-motivated, and problem-solving and must possess an impeccable attention to detail
Must possess outstanding collaboration skills, with proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across department and business lines to accomplish goals.
