About this role
Role Overview
You are the driving force behind our deals.
Support the Sales team in making a lasting impression on clients.
Independently create proposals in close coordination with Sales & Delivery.
Support the team with complex tenders (RFIs/RFPs).
Create and optimize sales decks, case studies, and reference lists.
Prepare briefings for the Sales team.
Research trends and analyze competitors.
Identify repetitive, manual tasks in the sales cycle and automate them.
Work closely with Marketing and the direct sales teams.
Requirements
Completed degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics (Information Systems) or a comparable qualification.
Ideally first exposure to Sales, Customer Success or Operations (e.g., through internships).
Affinity for data: You love Excel and are comfortable with complex CRM systems.
Tech affinity: You have a passion for tools and automation or even basic coding skills.
Communication: You can explain complex topics simply and are fluent in German and English.
