Role Overview
- Build and maintain a sustainable network of clients and IT professionals
- Serve as the strategic interface between companies and highly qualified specialists and executives
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process from requirements gathering to placement
- Identify, approach and secure suitable candidates in the IT domain
- Advise companies on precisely filling their vacancies
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of proven success in IT recruitment (permanent & contract)
- Deep market knowledge and strong advisory skills at decision-maker level
- Strong network at decision-maker and hiring levels with the ability to generate revenue quickly
- Hunter and closer mentality combined with strong negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative and clear results orientation

- Base salary from €60,000 with profit-sharing up to €40,000
