Provide operational support for selection processes, contributing to the attraction and selection of talent aligned with the company’s culture and values by executing process stages and ensuring organization, agility, and a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Support gathering and alignment of the job profile with the hiring manager, organizing technical and behavioral requirements for the role.
Assist with writing and posting job ads on designated channels.
Conduct initial resume screening (applications and sourcing).
Organize and manage the vacancy schedule according to process SLAs.
Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial screening interviews with candidates.
Prepare candidate assessments, critically analyzing technical and behavioral fit for the profile.
Support administering tests (when applicable) with the support of area leadership.
Send standard process communications (invitations, feedback, instructions) to candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields, preferably from the 5th semester onward.
Basic knowledge of Recruitment and Selection.
Basic knowledge of competency-based interviews.
Desirable: experience with Gupy and LinkedIn Recruiter.
