About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the technical reference for IT infrastructure, with an integrated view of networks, servers, on‑premises and cloud (Microsoft Azure) environments, and information security;
Contribute to the design, maintenance, and evolution of the infrastructure architecture, ensuring availability, performance, scalability, and adherence to industry best practices;
Apply and validate information security guidelines using Microsoft ecosystem solutions, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Defender, Intune, and Microsoft 365;
Support the definition, review, and enforcement of IT governance and information security policies, standards, and best practices;
Lead and support IT projects, including initiatives for innovation, automation, systems integration, data, and artificial intelligence;
Work with Microsoft ecosystem solutions such as Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform components;
Operate in environments and processes supported by ITSM tools, with ServiceNow ITSM experience preferred;
Act as the interface between IT and user areas, gathering requirements, mapping requests, and translating business needs into technological solutions;
Provide technical support to other analysts on the team, contributing to standardization, technical quality, and the evolution of implemented solutions.
Requirements
Required education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
Knowledge/Experience: Strong experience in IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud, and information security; knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft security solutions; familiarity with management and project tools and processes; governance methodologies (ITIL)
