Drives initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Engineering function and interfaces with other functions to provide effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination.
Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline.
Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
Responsible for developing and managing cross functional, technology led, or product focused programs.
Interfaces with contractors, suppliers, customers, and internal functions.
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Requirements
Advanced experience in the Engineering/Technology.
Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
Demonstrated experience in a role related to Power Electronics.
Proven experience designing Jira Software workflows, leveraging JQL, and implementing automation to streamline deployments and issue tracking.
Strong command of Git and distributed version control best practices across GitHub and Bitbucket, plus familiarity with SVN.
Significant communication skills, both written and verbal, including experience presenting to executive level stakeholders.
Ability to interact effectively with different business departments and team members.
