Lead the Balance of Plant (BOP) supply chain management team in projects
Fulfill sourcing commitments towards the project
Report to the BOP Sourcing leader
Support the Project Manager (PM)/Project Director (PD) as the main procurement contact
Responsible for all supply chain management activities for BOP equipment and spare parts
Prepare & apply a common approach to defining and applying contract requirements
Coordinate on
and offshore procurement activities
Develop Engineering Procurement Plan (EPP) and project-specific sourcing concepts
Review and update the purchasing strategy with project stakeholders
Verify budget with Project Finance Manager and resolve discrepancies
Execute large commercial transactions through supplier negotiation

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
7 years experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain or project management
Ability and willingness to travel 20% of the time, as required
Strong analytical project management and organizational skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
