You support the creative design and implementation of target-group-oriented, interactive e-learning modules and training formats, whether analog, digital or hybrid.
You also contribute to the conceptual coordination of learning content, learning objectives and learning formats with internal departments, ensuring subject-matter accuracy and up-to-dateness.
Furthermore, you support the communication of new training offerings and training dates within the company.
You assist in analyzing and evaluating participant feedback and change requirements to continuously improve educational formats.
You participate in identifying and evaluating new technologies and tools, such as artificial intelligence, that can support and optimize the learning process.
Additionally, you support the planning, organization and execution of various change formats, events and workshops for digital transformation in procurement.
Requirements
Enrolled in or studying Business Psychology, Pedagogy/Education, Business Administration, Communication Studies, or a comparable program related to digitalization.
IT affinity with initial experience in e-learning and AI tools, and a confident command of MS Office applications.
Strong organizational skills, flexibility and willingness to engage with a range of topics.
Quality awareness and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, enjoyment of presenting, and moderating complex content and workshops.
Motivation and enthusiasm for digitalization.
Business-fluent German language skills.
