Strong full-stack engineering ability. You’ve shipped end-to-end solutions independently, not just contributed to pieces.
Fluency with coding agents and LLM tooling. Daily use of coding agents, experience with multi-agent orchestration, context engineering, and LLM APIs.
Curiosity and creativity. Side projects, experimentation, connecting dots others miss, staying current with a space that changes weekly.
Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders. You can frame problems, explain tradeoffs, and keep clients aligned without jargon.
