Several years of professional experience in operations, process management, or business technology
Experience in project management/control, reporting, controlling, or PMO functions
Confident handling of metrics, data models and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, ERP reports)
Understanding of operational value streams (O2C, P2P) and systemic process logic
Ability to support business units methodically and analytically without having disciplinary leadership responsibility
Experience preparing budget, forecast and business case documentation
Degree in economics, business administration, business informatics or a related field
Proficient in German and English
High self-motivation, integrity and a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
