You lead and coordinate projects to implement our campus management software academyFIVE for new clients, as well as system enhancements.
You develop project governance and project planning in close coordination with your clients.
You take overall responsibility for successful project delivery.
You ensure project success through proactive risk analyses, active change management, and structured project monitoring and control.
You monitor schedules, budgets and resources and are responsible for monthly project invoicing.
You coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops — on-site and online.
Together with our software experts, you support clients in mapping their requirements into academyFIVE.
You manage cross-functional tasks, resolve open issues, and ensure transparency throughout the project.

Several years of experience in project management, preferably in a software environment.
Strong affinity for IT topics and a quick grasp of technical concepts.
Planning and organizational skills, determination and assertiveness.
Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible working style.
Confident demeanor with a sense of humor and team spirit.
Open, friendly personality and the ability to think beyond the obvious and contribute new ideas.
Fluent and clear communication skills in both German and English.
