Role Overview
- Review inbound projects from Sales
- Support ductwork design (Manual J, D, S)
- Perform estimates and project takeoffs
- Conduct site visits as needed
- Partner with Installation Manager
- Build and support HVAC talent pipeline
- Improve processes and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 5+ years HVAC experience
- Strong duct design knowledge
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to successfully complete a background screening process, which may include CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information), motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug testing, where permitted by applicable law.
- Heat pump experience preferred
- Sheet Metal License a plus
