Backlog Management: Refine, prioritize, and maintain a healthy squad backlog, ensuring the team always works on initiatives that deliver the most value to sales goals;
User Story Writing: Create detailed User Stories with clear acceptance criteria, well-defined business rules, and a strong focus on the passenger experience (UX);
Leadership in Agile Ceremonies: Lead and actively participate in Plannings, Daily meetings, Reviews and Retrospectives, ensuring technical and functional alignment across the team;
Conversion Metrics: Monitor acquisition funnels, identify bottlenecks in the purchase journey, and propose data-driven improvements (A/B testing, conversion rates, and average order value);
Stakeholder Interface: Translate the needs of Pricing, Marketing, and Commercial teams into feasible technical requirements.
Requirements
Product management experience, with a strong understanding of the app and website development lifecycle.
Strong technical ability in writing Epics and User Stories that facilitate engineering and Quality Assurance efforts;
Familiarity with agile management tools (JIRA is a plus);
Conversion
and acquisition-focused mindset (understands what makes customers click “buy”);
Clear communicator, able to negotiate priorities and manage deadline expectations;
Previous experience in the aviation industry (a plus).
