Manage a portfolio of sales partners, ensuring timely payments and a smooth customer experience.
Analyze credit capacity and recommend credit limits to support sales growth while minimizing risk.
Investigate and resolve overdue invoices, deductions, and partner disputes with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to monitor financial trends and support strategic decision-making.
Maintain accurate records and documentation using tools such as SAP, FIS, and internal systems. Prepare reports and insights for leadership, including updates on high-risk accounts and delinquency forecasts.
Recommend debt recovery actions, including engagement of third parties when necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension).
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels across the organization.
Ability to solve problems, make decisions, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a professional demeanor.
Proficiency in Excel and Word and ability to quickly learn new systems.
Self-driven, disciplined, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and propose financial solutions within safe parameters.
Residence in the Curitiba region for hybrid work.
