Drive alignment across internal teams and dealer partners while delivering insights, digital tools, and data-driven recommendations.
Track performance vs. annual goals and deliver insights for business reviews.
Lead development and tracking of centralized customer growth plans.
Produce on-demand dashboards, reports, and analytical insights for leadership and account teams.
Maintain customer experience dashboards and scorecards.
Lead development and enhancement of digital platforms and self-service analytics tools.
Requirements
Extensive experience in strategic planning, advanced analytics, and key account management across mining, construction, or heavy industry environments.
Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies across complex customer portfolios.
Experience with BI tools and digital platforms.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
