About this role
Role Overview
- Evaluation and mitigation of contractual risks, proposing legally sound and business-feasible alternatives;
- Negotiations with clients and suppliers;
- Support in standardizing contract templates, strategic clauses, and internal workflows;
- Liaison with and oversight of external law firms;
- Preparation of legal opinions and support for all areas of the Company;
- Contribution to continuous improvement of Legal department processes, focusing on efficiency, organization, and contract management;
- Support on corporate matters.
Requirements
- Law degree and active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
- Experience in contracts;
- Analytical, organized profile with excellent communication skills;
- Business-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude.
- Preferred qualifications
- Experience in a corporate environment;
- Experience with complex commercial contracts;
- Advanced English.
