About this role
Role Overview
- Analyze data to identify administrative and judicial tax credits;
- Support reviews of ancillary tax obligations;
- Support tax reviews/audits;
- Assist mid-level and senior lawyers with higher-complexity matters;
- Timely comply with the firm's internal/administrative procedures;
- Prepare simpler legal opinions/consultations;
- Prepare calculation spreadsheets;
- Actively participate in internal groups/committees;
- Provide support to the team;
- Conduct technical studies and related internal presentations;
- Conduct doctrinal, jurisprudential and low-complexity legislative research.
Requirements
- Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) completed; postgraduate studies in progress (Tax Law) preferred;
- Prior knowledge and professional experience in Tax Law is a plus;
- 1–3 years of professional experience since graduation;
- Advanced English desirable;
- Active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
