Advisor, System and Infrastructure Operations, Maintenance and Development

Role Overview

• Support IT efficiency by designing, configuring, administering, maintaining and upgrading computer networks, management systems and database servers
• Advise and assist clients and partners related to incident prevention, corrective action, IT infrastructure updates, rollout and post-rollout
• Recommend solutions to improve or optimize standards, policies and programs
• Help solve complex problems using analytical skills
• Prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of French is required
• Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
