Implement, maintain, and evolve service and lead-capture chatbots throughout the entire student journey
Design conversational experiences for lead capture, onboarding, academic support, and financial services
Design conversational flows focused on resolution, efficiency, and conversion
Run continuous optimization and A/B tests on conversational funnels
Monitor performance and propose improvements based on usage, abandonment, and resolution metrics
Integrate bots with CRM systems, support platforms, and customer data
Ensure governance, documentation, and best practices in bot architecture
Work in collaboration with CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Support to evolve the journeys.

Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in a technology-related field
Strong experience with the Blip platform (mandatory): design, implementation, and management of production bots
Experience with conversational customer service (CX, support, services, or education)
Ability to structure complex conversational journeys (multiple intents, integrations, human handoff)
Knowledge of bot metrics (containment, resolution, CSAT, conversion, abandonment)
Experience with integrations via API/webhooks or connecting to CRM/support systems
Analytical mindset and continuous improvement orientation
Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into conversational flows
Experience in education, services, or large-scale support operations (a plus)
Experience with commercial lead-generation bots or customer support bots (a plus)
Knowledge of NLU, intents, and training conversational models (a plus)
Experience with Blip Desk, omnichannel integrations, or support automation (a plus)
Experience working in test-and-learn environments and a continuous optimization culture (a plus)
