Mid-Level Lawyer – Administrative Law, Public Procurement, Concessions, PPP

Role Overview

• Drafting legal opinions and responses to inquiries on matters related to Administrative Law;
• Drafting, analyzing and reviewing administrative contracts, cooperation agreements, pacts and other instruments executed with the Public Administration (public entities);
• Supporting the analysis, submission and contestation of contractual claims and requests for economic-financial rebalancing in companies and public bodies;
• Monitoring procurement processes and preparing administrative defenses, challenges and appeals;
• Drafting drafts of bills, decrees and other normative and administrative acts necessary to enable concession and PPP projects;
• Drafting, analyzing and reviewing risk matrices, tender documents and feasibility studies for infrastructure projects;

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience
• Experience with public contracts, public procurement/tenders, concessions, PPPs and the infrastructure sector;
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
• Preferred qualifications:
• Postgraduate degree/specialization in a related area (completed or in progress);
• Experience in modeling and structuring concession and PPP projects;
• Intermediate to advanced English.
