E-Learning Designer

Role Overview

• Empower sales teams to perform at their best by creating structured, engaging learning experiences.
• Ensure sales enablement platform is organized and fully adopted.
• Support product launches with necessary training activities.
• Use performance data to refine training and enablement interventions.
• Connect between teams for clarity and consistency across the commercial ecosystem.

Requirements

• Strong instructional and learning design skills, with hands-on experience creating digital learning content.
• Confidence using learning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Canva or similar.
• A solid understanding of the sales process and the challenges faced by commercial teams.
• Experience managing learning management systems, enablement platforms, CRMs or intranets.
• The ability to analyse training effectiveness using data, metrics and feedback loops.
• Excellent written, visual and interpersonal communication skills.
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort working cross-functionally while owning and delivering your own work.
• A genuine commitment to inclusive, accessible learning, applying accessibility standards to digital content.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
