Own and articulate the internal product roadmap.
Define the core product requirements and architectural principles for critical internal systems.
Define and drive requirements for proof-of-concept initiatives and core services.
Strategically weave the internal framework with market features and requirements.
Define the product requirements for fundamental services.
Collaborate daily with the Cloud Engineering Architecture team to ensure defined capabilities are technically implemented.
Work closely with the core Platform Product Manager to detail foundational capability requirements.
Establish and promote standards for integration, API consumption, data models, and service interaction.
Provide critical system-level expertise to transition Shure from a hardware-first development model to a connected solutions model.
Act as an internal consultant and technical product leader.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 8+ years in Product Management, with significant experience (4+ years) focused on cloud/SaaS platforms, IoT systems, or complex connected product ecosystems.
Demonstrated experience in a role requiring deep technical judgment and the ability to define highly technical system capabilities for internal consumption.
Proven ability to define the functional and non-functional requirements for integrated systems encompassing device, edge, and cloud components.
Must possess the fluency to engage in deep technical discussions about microservices, APIs, data ingestion, and cloud security principles.
Prior experience driving significant organizational change, particularly leading to the technical transition of a hardware-focused company toward a connected/system development model.
Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering teams and non-technical business executives.
