Ensuring smooth handoff to implementation teams for successful customer onboarding
Representing Sword Health at public sector conferences, trade shows, and thought leadership events

5+ years of direct public sector sales experience
Proven track record selling to mid-market public sector organizations
Expertise in healthcare, benefits, self-insured employers, digital health, MSK, or disease management
Understanding of public sector procurement cycles and contracting vehicles
Demonstrated success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Startup or high-growth point-solution experience is a plus
