You provide expert agronomic advice and support for all KWS crops such as sugar beet, maize, oilseed rape, cereals and cover crop mixtures
You maintain and develop customer relationships and improve on-site advising and sales
You are the primary contact for the latest KWS varieties and digital offerings
You work closely with farmers, agricultural merchants, and key opinion leaders to optimize the sales of KWS products
You organize and oversee demonstration trials and conduct presentations and field days in your region
Requirements
Passion for agriculture and crop production
Vocational training or a university degree in agricultural sciences or a comparable qualification
Extensive agronomic knowledge as well as understanding of agricultural business management
Initial sales experience desirable (preferably in an agricultural environment)
Confident demeanor combined with strong communication and negotiation skills
Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
High degree of flexibility
Driving license class B (car)
Fluent German language skills required
