Shadowing, executing, and coordinating key Learning & Development projects to learn and understand internal and external processes.
Understand the operational structure of the organization and the key roles Learning & Development plays within a Consulting Firm.
Assist in building out the Performance Review System structure including setting up roles, departments and forms.
Test the system to ensure it functions correctly, reporting any issues and performing quality assurance checks.
Assist with building reports and dashboards for consulting teams and talent groups.
Understand, maintain, and update the Learning Management System (LMS).
Assist in designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs and workshops.
Support the development of learning materials, including presentations, e-learning content, and handbooks.
Requirements
In your junior year of an undergraduate degree; with an expected graduation date of December 2026 – June 2027
Demonstrated interest in Learning & Development through coursework, campus club participation, prior internships, volunteer work or other similar activities
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Canva or Adobe products is a plus
Excellent academic performance and campus leadership experience
Must be willing to participate in the full 6-week program from June 29, 2026 – August 7, 2026
Must live within commuting distance of the Cornerstone Research office, where the intern position will be located.
