About this role
Role Overview
Lead the Learning and Development team in evolving a comprehensive talent development strategy and learning approach to support the business growth and capability of the team.
Partner collaboratively with division leaders to provide enterprise-wide talent development solutions in alignment with strategic business plans and overall talent needs.
Build relationships at the executive level and drive cross functional alignment to move decisions forward.
Collaborate with divisions to identify trends and gaps from Personal Development Plans (PDPs) and incorporate solutions into the learning strategy.
Enable division and function leaders to drive high performance through design and delivery of high-quality learning solutions that address functional, sales, and leadership development needs in the business.
Evaluate the effectiveness of our talent programs; Identify success measures, track, analyze and interpret business impact.
Partner with the Synergy (HRIS) team to optimize LMS and data analytics for decision making.
Supervisory responsibilities for the Talent Development team which includes curriculum design and development, external facilitation partnerships, and program management logistics.
Travel approximately 15% of the time in industrial manufacturing environments.

Requirements
Four-year college degree or equivalent experience; Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
8+ years of experience in the talent management and learning and development space with demonstrated experience developing and delivering leadership and competency-based training workshops and programs.
8+ years of experience with project and program management.
Success Factors experience preferred, but not required
Certification in talent management or executive coaching (SHRM
