Implement and oversee operational standards and procedures, ensuring consistency in service, food quality, and guest experience
Lead, mentor, and develop Market Directors, Regional Managers, and General Managers
Drive financial performance by analyzing key metrics and managing budgets
Ensure all restaurants comply with health, safety, and legal regulations
Foster a guest-centric culture by ensuring exceptional service and resolving escalated guest issues
Champion company culture and values, promoting a positive work environment
Partner with the New Store Opening and Development teams on restaurant openings
Work closely with marketing, HR, finance, and supply chain teams
Act as a key decision-maker in response to crises or unexpected challenges

10+ years of leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant management
at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing a portfolio of 200+ restaurants
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
Strong ability to inspire and lead large, diverse teams
Proven success in driving operational performance, employee development, and financial results
Deep understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis in a multi-unit setting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Ability to travel frequently across Texas
