Design and execute PoCs that demonstrate how VSP One Object and HCP integrate with AI/ML pipelines.
Build and maintain "Gold Standard" lab environments to showcase high-performance object storage.
Demonstrate HCP Anywhere Enterprise for secure, global collaboration.
Lead the installation, tuning, and lifecycle management of the Hitachi iQ platform.
Architect storage solutions that bridge on-premises object storage with public cloud ecosystems.
Serve as the subject matter expert on S3 API integration.
Use Ansible and Terraform to automate the deployment of Hitachi iQ nodes.
Present AI-driven storage architectures at large-scale industry conferences.

7+ Years in Enterprise Storage Engineering, with a focus on Object Storage (S3, HCP) and unstructured data.
3+ Years specifically focused on AI/ML Infrastructure, Data Lakes, or High-Performance Computing (HPC).
5+ Years of hands-on experience with Virtualization and Containers (VMware, OpenShift, or Kubernetes).
Automation Mastery: Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Ansible, Terraform, and Shell scripting.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related Engineering field (or equivalent high-level professional experience).
Preferred Certifications: Hitachi Content Platform (HCP) Professional, AWS Certified Storage Specialty, or AI Infrastructure certifications (e.g., NVIDIA, TensorFlow, or PyTorch related).
