Lead the end-to-end faculty promotion and tenure support process, including the development, coordination, and preparation of materials for departmental, school, and university-level review.
Serve as a trusted advisor to school leadership, chairs, and academic administrators on faculty-related processes, timelines, policies, and data-driven decision-making.
Oversee faculty, departmental, and school-level reporting frameworks, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and timely delivery of actionable insights to leadership.
Proactively identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, process improvements, and systems enhancements related to faculty affairs, and lead the implementation of approved improvements in collaboration with academic and administrative stakeholders.
Maintain stewardship of faculty guidance documents, reporting tools, performance management resources, dashboards, and other data tracking systems that support institutional planning and decision-making.
Lead the design, development, and execution of faculty development programming, including establishing short
and long-term project goals, defining success metrics, and ensuring alignment with school and university priorities.
Provide leadership oversight for the collection, analysis, and interpretation of course evaluations, graduate student exit surveys, and alumni survey data, translating findings into meaningful insights to support continuous improvement.
Oversee the planning and execution of recurring faculty-related events and initiatives, ensuring a high level of professionalism, consistency, and operational excellence.
Serve as a primary liaison to university partners and cross-functional teams, representing the school and its leadership in meetings, committees, and institutional initiatives.
Exercise sound judgment and discretion when working with sensitive faculty and personnel information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times.
Perform related responsibilities as required in support of the school's mission.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and five years of professional project development and management, administrative support OR an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
Previous supervisory experience and faculty, research, and/or academic support experience.
